2What's included in your typical commercial cleaning program?
A standard System4 commercial cleaning program covers every common-use area of your facility on your chosen frequency — lobbies and entrances, office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, common corridors, stairwells, and elevators. Specialized add-ons like electrostatic disinfection, carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, and window cleaning can be added on a recurring schedule or as one-time visits. Every program is customized — there is no one-size-fits-all package.
3How quickly can you start service in Cincinnati?
For most facilities we can begin within 7-14 business days from the signed proposal. That includes the initial walk-through, finalizing the scope, scheduling your dedicated cleaning team, and onboarding any specialized requirements such as security protocols or off-hours access. For urgent transitions (e.g., your current vendor walks out) we can often start within 48-72 hours across the Greater Cincinnati metro.
4Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. System4 of Southwest Ohio carries general liability, workers compensation, and bonding for all on-site personnel. Certificates of insurance can be issued naming your business and your property management company as additional insured upon request.
5Do you handle disinfection, carpet cleaning, and other specialty services?
Yes. In addition to recurring commercial cleaning, we provide electrostatic disinfection, post-construction cleanup, post-event cleanup, carpet hot-water extraction, floor stripping and waxing, hardwood restoration, tile and grout deep cleaning, interior and exterior window cleaning, and pressure washing. All specialty services are coordinated by the same dedicated account manager who handles your regular cleaning — no separate vendor relationships.
6What happens if we're not satisfied with the service?
Quality issues get resolved within 24 hours. Your account manager monitors service through scheduled walk-throughs and is your direct contact for any concerns. If something is not right, call or email your account manager and we will have a team back on site to address it — at no extra charge. Because there is no long-term contract, you can also cancel with 30 days' notice at any time.
